The Pay-Per-Close Model is designed for solar companies seeking performance-based appointments and sales opportunities. Clients are billed per kilowatt (kW) of solar systems sold, ensuring costs align directly with success.

PRE-SET APPOINTMENTS - Pay-Per-Close Model

Features:
• Targeted Leads: Appointments are pre-qualified to meet predefined criteria, ensuring high-quality prospects.
• Performance-Based Billing: You only pay for the kW sold, making this model results-driven.
• Flexible Tiers: Choose from six tiers, ranging from up to 21 kW/month to up to 150 kW/month or more, with deposits reflecting the tier’s kW range.
• Annual Allocation: Allocations are based on yearly totals rather than monthly averages, allowing for flexibility in lead distribution.
What’s Included:
• Appointments: Leads are pre-qualified to ensure the homeowner meets ownership and property requirements.
• CRM Access: Provided at $95/month for monthly plans or $1,068/year for annual plans.
• Calendly Integration: Included free for Year 1 with annual plans; renewal is $22/month or $195/year.
Example:
For Tier 1, covering up to 252 kW annually:
• Annual Plan: $19,845 deposit (10% discount applied).
• Expected Appointments: ~90/year based on a 40% close rate.
Close Rate Requirement: A minimum close rate of 40% is required. TIER 1 will assign enough appointments to meet the agreed-upon kW allocation. For example, if 90 appointments are assigned, it assumes 36 closed deals (252 kW).
4. Auto-Draft Policy
Auto-draft is required for all plans to ensure uninterrupted service. Deposits are automatically replenished when balances fall below 33.1% of the required amount.

• Eliminates service interruptions.
• Ensures continuous lead flow.
• Provides priority scheduling for auto-draft clients.

6. Annual and Monthly Flexibility
